Our duplex apartment includes the entire ground floor of a late 19th century stone villa. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a pull out sofa double bed in the living room. It sleeps up to 8 adults. The apartment comes with a spacious terrace and a high quality Jacuzzi (Hot Tub), which can hold up to 6 people.

The villa (Casa Antea) is located in the center of the town - all the main sights and the main town beach are within 3 to 10 minutes by walking. The house is a newly restored classic late 19th century villa from the period when Sibenik was part of the Republic of Venice.

Our guests have exclusive and private access to a spacious terrace with state of the art Jacuzzi (Hot Tub) with speakers connected via Bluetooth to your device. The terrace contains outdoor tables with chairs, and large sun umbrellas, as well as a lounge chair.

About the check-out: you can just leave the keycards in the apartment and close the doors. However in case you need personal assistance with the check-out, please let us know and we will be there to assist you.
We will not inspect the house before you check-out, but please let us know if there is something broken or if there have been other issues - we believe in honesty and please let us know so we can work it out in a friendly manner.

Even though the location of the house is very central - the house itself is free from the noise and it is very peaceful and private. We are in a family frendly and a very safe location.
The villa is less than 150 meters from the sea. Right outside our frontyard there is a patisserie, pizzeria and a café. Immediately across the street is the main city square and the entrace to the Old Town.

My sister and my niece live on the upper level of the villa, and my wife and me live about 8-10 minute drive from Casa Antea so we are there 24/7 if you need our assistance.
