In his detail to Airbnb the Reviewer "mentioned some issues that weren’t accurately reflected in your listing description: wifi, noise, size of home, listing description" and "suggested that your space could be cleaner in the following areas: towels and linens, dust."
The reviewer did not actually visit the property himself.
This review cannot be seen as credible. The reviewer booked for his relatives who were delightful guests with no complaints and plenty of complements during and after their stay.
There are clear photos of the room. All linen was freshly washed and presented as in the photos. The room was freshly vacuumed and the bathroom spotless with freshly laundered towels that are always washed separate. It's a rural village, the only sound is the village clock. The house is high quality build with thick walls, insulation and premium double glazing which blocks that out. The wifi is excellent, with fast broadband to a hub that is right next to the Twin room and gives excellent coverage throughout the house. I consider his review inaccurate and vindictive, but I can't think why. His relatives who stayed here were fabulous guests and spoke about staying again next year during their visit for Appleby Horse Fair.
Readers should please take this review with a pinch of salt and balance it by reading the otherwise excellent 5 star reviews that I have consistently received over the last twelve months. Thank you.
