Timms Cottage allows you to relax with an indoor outdoor space giving you breath taking views of Mt Dobson, Fox Peak and our farm.
The cottage is situated behind the family homestead within our garden on our farm, providing a peaceful and private setting.
Just to keep in mind we are an active and working farm.
We are 10 km from Fairlie which has some great eating places, 3 km from Lake Opuha and half an hour from Mount Dobson and Fox Peak.
Tekapo and Geraldine are only half an hour away.

Our farm name is Shallow Creek which is at the entrance of our driveway and our rapid number is 971.
Drive slowly down the drive way as our pets and working dogs are always about.
Please follow the signs of Timms cottage which takes you to our house. Continue to drive past our house, on the grass and cross the little creek where you can park the car beside the the cottage.
The property will be unlocked on arrival.
Please leave the cottage unlocked when checking out.

On request you are able to go for a walk on the farm , taking into account it is a working farm, our home and business

When guests arrive they are usually tired from travelling and just want privacy and space which they will definitely achieve staying here
Please note the top wire of the fence is electric... to keep stock out not guest in (hehe)

Our neighborhood is very rural and quiet. Plenty of farm animals in the area with a stunning back drop of the mountains and rolling hills. People are friendly and very relaxed.
