The room is nicely and newly decorated on the 2nd floor of a newly renovated building. Centrally located in Chiangmai city center. Within 10-15 minutes to major sightseeing places in Chiangmai old town. Near Chiangmai Gate market, Wua Lai Saturday walking street, Tha Pae Gate Sunday walking street, good restaurants, cafes and bakeries.
We offer free mini bar for guests as welcome gift with drinking water and snacks.

Also, Our property locates at the south side of the city moat, easy access and guests can benefit a lot from the location that is close to sightseeing places.
It is close to the street, therefore there might be noise from motorbikes passing by. This does not happen all the time but we can not do anything to prevent it either .
We recommend that guests keep the windows securely closed at night while you stay here to block the noise from outside

The neighborhood is lively but quiet. Most cultural attractions in the old town are within 10-15 minutes away. Very close to Chiangmai Gate market which offers local produces, fruit, vegetable in the morning and in the evening turns into a perfect place to try local and int'l street food stalls. Convenient stores also close by. Big shopping mall; Central Airport Plaza, Maya is within 15-20 minutes drive.
