While we are smack dab on the edge of town, a stones throw away from the best coffee shop, the cabin is on the back of the property of the main house. You enter from the alley and it's very seldom that any cars drive on the alley road, therefore it's fairly quiet for a neighborhood home, yet has the convenience of being centrally located to everything in town! This is a lovely spot to enjoy Paonia from. Clean and spacious for its size, we found these accommodations extremely comfortable. The host was responsive to our needs. Great area for outdoor activities - you can walk everywhere and great hikes are nearby!

Grace is a great communicator and super flexible with travel schedule AND offered excellent suggestions for local fun. Her space was so cozy and comfortable. Located perfectly for walking, biking and sauntering access in Paonia. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Grace has an adorable tiny home right in town. We came to Paonia to visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park which was AMAZING. Not much going on in Paonia at this time of year, but we had a blast! Thank you!

The tiny home was so idyllic and had all the basics. It is literally a minute's walk from the main drag and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, boutiques, etc. Would definitely stay here again!
