Abode is close to Radisson Shimla (appx 2.0 km) & on Bharari Road precisely 2.8 km from Mall road/Ridge via Auckland tunnel (& 5.8km fm Rly Stn) with great views & serene surrounding. Close, yet reasonably away from hum drum of busy street. You’ll love Abode for awesome location, Comfort & most imp "Peace of Mind" owing to its settings, super coziness, peace, calm view. Fully Furnished (fully loaded) place with all the coziness to spend quality "My time" or "Family time" away from regular chaos of a hotel setting in homely atmosphere after one has done exploring the hill city....

Or, also if one plans for unwinding and letting yourself be absorbed in the nature with minimal disturbances and a disconnected view of world..... with slight amount of self help but for bigger amount of Inner Peace :-)

Your experiences in Heavenly Abode would be:

-Plush King Bed to Relax; Sofa bed to have company of friends as well.
-Fully functional kitchen with LPG,Micro+Induction with Chimney.
-Wooden Flooring to reconnect with nature/ have barefoot experience.
-Dining Table to dine on, High Chair to have your morning+evening tea on.
-Fully established cutlery+dining arrangements+utensils to let your imagination go crazy weather its soups/grilled sandwitches/aromatic food.
-Modern Bathroom with Geysers in both places (bath+kitchen) as well.
-Independent Access to this wonderful apartment with all the privacy/solitude.
-LED TV with cable connection.
-Free WiFi and 50 Mbps Broadband connection
-Parking place for your four wheeler/vehicle adjacent to site.
-Reasonable connectivity to all tourist attractions.
-ALL THESE without burning a hole in your pocket.

Please Remember: Occasionally some construction does happen at this site of four blocks of apartment property ... However, worry not, your place is fully done and functional for your comfort and stay and nothing's going to trouble you.

Must Acknowledge: To reach heavenly Abode, one has to negotiate slight up climb and then a flight of stairs, even after using lift to reach this particular flat, kindly bear with this inconvenience as it is only once or twice in day.... And for a good cause; a feature which cannot be changed by me.

In case if you are out there looking for street action of hill station and busy marketplace close by; you may be tad disappointed. This is a quite serene place with calm peace around it, perfect to disconnect and holiday or bond.

All the essentials that are required for everyday stuff are within walking distance in small market about 400-500 mts down the road, called upper Bharari road which is simply within walking distance from your place.

As of now, there is no option of restaurant food being home delivered at this property, however home cooked food can be organised on site, if required. You can additionally pack/ wrap stuff from your sight seeing trip and have warm food in comfort of this home as everything from microwave/LPG to induction stove is available for you to warm it up/ make it suitable for your taste.... So please place your expectations accordingly in food availability part for your stay.

A fully functional and equipped kitchen with option of LPG gas, Microwave and induction await trials/deeds of your culinary expertise if you wish to engage them. More details on guest access space :-)

My honest suggestion, look for better accessed places (places with no stairs/ climb required) in case you are accompanied by ELDERLY folks (or SENIOR CITIZENS) who are not used to/or are not comfortable with stairs. Also, People with patience problems while climbing stairs would have to take few pauses during climb up; cause in hills one has to pause to appreciate better things in Life ;-)

Also, in case you are travelling with excess luggage and cannot or would not like to carry it yourself then please do inform in advance for arranging some help with the luggage and naturally you need to pay directly for the services utilised to the available manpower.

Arrangements for your driver, in case you have one accompanying you, cannot be made by us as this is a residential apartment complex. So please cater accordingly and make plans for your ride driver stay.

Entire flat, kitchen inclusive (with) access to refrigerator, microwave and cooking gas as well as induction hot plate for quick and handy access.

Grill sandwich+maker (for those grilled cheesy sandwiches) and hot water kettle for quick cuppa chai or koffee, to uplift the mood as well. Yes, to give you company for your walks / hikes there's a Milton flask for that most required lemon tea or Hot Chocolate milk.

Wish to cook up an awesome Soup for that Misty / Snowy evening; go ahead soup bowls+spoons await your appreciation.

All essentials for utensils and accessories have been catered for, to be utilised by our lovely guests. Most things that you would imagine, we have them positioned for you already. SO Bon appetite !!

CAUTION:- Observe due PRECAUTIONS when using LPG gas and other electrical items in view of inherent safety and danger issues pertaining to misuse.

Ensure that gas is switched off and all lights and fan are selected off before leaving the apartment/ place, kindly ensure this for your own safety please.

Treat the place with affection and same care as you would for your own place.

Please remember, that families are already residing in this property (rest of the residential complex) so, guest your conduct outdoors has to be befittingly social, please/kindly keep that in mind.

Excessive or any rash unsocial conduct by our guest may translate into problem/issues for me with my neighbours, which would result in curtailed transit stay for you as guests. So please enjoy your vacations in a moderated, socially acceptable manner.

For public transport access, take bus from Upper Bharari Stop (walking distance of around 300mts+57 stairs) to drop you off at mall/ridge; buses starting as early as morning 0900 h onwards hourly or so till late evening 1800h last return. Beyond 2000hr access to public transport is very sketchy, so be prepared for late return for hiring a taxy back to bharari.

For return from Mall road/Ridge, one can head towards Auckland tunnel (walking distance from Ridge) from where distance is approximately 2.7 km to Bharari, and then take a quick ride in any public transport towards Bharari.

Or from Mall road for return, head to lakkar bazar (local bus stand by walk) and then head to Bharari, distance being 3.0 km.

For the adventurous people, if weather is good and your spirits are high, recommended is a NICE walk via upper Bharari road or via kleston, Longwood to Auckland tunnel stairs for a rewarding experience of nature.

Ifyou "chuck" mobility and you would discover, this walk back is almost a perfect jungle trail with lush greenery and a peaceful serene walk, especially early mornings immediately post sunrise and evenings before getting dark.

Essentials:

Aadhar card or Passport (copies) needs to be provided for all adults when arriving (legal mandatory issue).

In case we have overlapping booking, then check out time needs to be strictly followed. This is to ensure, guest after you have pleasant experience, so please be considerate and accommodating.

No smoking inside the apartment, use balcony or outdoors; NO SMOKING INSIDE rule, should not be violated for health issues of all concerned.

Please ensure that prior to your departure, breakages if any are duly pointed out for replenishment/replacement.

Lastly, apartment needs to be left in the same condition as was offered to you prior to your occupation.

A small neighbourhood with not much of activity except random noise from some remote construction activity.

In the surroundings of this quaint neighbourhood, you would find, a small set up of few shops 3-4 who can provide all the essentials required for your stay, starting from veggies, milk, breads, jam,eggs and routine groceries.

PS :-
Nearest place for grabbing frozen food is Fairway essentials shop which is adjacent to Royal Oaks hotel (available to access via stairs next to Hotel downwards) closer to Auckland house school, pin dropped for directions part which can be seen after confirm booking).

Fairway essentials can be accessed either on the way out of Bharari or when travelling towards Bharari.

For more exotic stuff, you may have to hit main city center; or walk across to Lakkar bazar area.
