The unit is located at the lower level of the building which fully furnished with Northern Thai & Modern furniture. It has two large single beds in the Master bedroom en suite with bathtub, shower & toilet. The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. The small bedroom has its own toilet and shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, cooking rings, fridge and microwave oven. There is a living room and dining table is on the balcony with very nice view of lake and hills beyond.

Guests are able to use the swimming pool and will have access to the restaurant with an International menu. The is also a pavilion overlooking the pond and a Spa for massages. The gardens are fully landscaped. This place is ideal for a yoga retreat.

I am retired in Thailand. Being Malaysian it is very surprising that I want to stay here rather than in Malaysia which is very similar. I used to live in Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur. Life was getting more and more dangerous living in those cities. Tourists do not know it because they are only in the city centres where security is better than residential areas. Here in Chiangmai, it is the opposite. It is so safe and the local people are very nice. I have lived here for 5 years and so far, I have not encountered problems. The cost of living here is also very low compared to a similar sized city in Malaysia. In Malaysia, I could feel the political, religious and ethenic tensions which I do not experience here. Medical cost is also very low compared to Malaysia and the district hospital is only 5 minutes from where I live. It is good to be prepared. Many of the people living or who have lived in Jasmine Hills are retirees who want to make ends meet and not over spend. Chiangmai is the best place to be. Try it out. Jasmine Hills Villas and Spa have many long stay houses which are less tha one third of the daily rates if you book by the months rather than days. Live life to the fullest within your means. I have invested in a 2 storey bungalow which comprises of 2 units of 2 bedrooms each. They are rented out separately. The furnishing is very Northern Thai and I am sure my guests will enjoy the facilities in Jasmine Hills Villas and Spa. My life motto is to live life to the fullest without damaging my wallet.
