Close to the beach, peaceful views, and family-friendly activities, we welcome you to stay in our modern home. With comfy beds, a relaxed ambiance, waterfall showers and a deep double-ended bath, we welcome couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), furry friends (pets) and people from all backgrounds to experience our slice of West of Scotland heaven. We speak English and French, and are located near world famous golf courses including Royal Troon and iconic Turnberry.

The accommodation comprises a modern two bedroom, two bathroom annexe adjacent to our family home, with a fully equipped and open plan kitchen/diner and living space. The two double bedrooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom with a rainfall shower and deep double-ended bath tub. There is also a downstairs shower room, again with a rainfall shower, for your convenience. The SuperKing size bed in the first bedroom can be split into twin beds if this arrangement is preferred, and there is a Kingsize double bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have built in robes. A travel cot can be provided on request.
We provide ingredients for a make your own breakfast including homemade granola, cereals, home baked treats, spreads and preserves, and tea and coffees. The kitchen has a range cooker, microwave, and fridge. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and access to a clothes dryer.
Wifi access is provided and a chromecast to cast your own device to the television. There is a DVD player and home media centre with a number of films and television shows you can watch should you wish to stay in.
Bifold doors open up onto a south facing back deck where an outdoor table and chairs are provided during the warmer months.

You will have access to the entire annexe, which adjoins our family home. Parking spaces are available across the road from the house, and you can park your car in the driveway to unload and load your car. Golfers can leave their golfing equipment in our securely locked garage.
If you bring a pet with you, we ask that your furry friend remains downstairs in the living area.

We are located in the Doonfoot area of Ayr, with views of the river Doon, and a stone's throw from the beach where there are views across the sea to Arran. A number of parks are within walking distance including Belleisle, with play equipment for children, and Belleisle and Seafield golf courses. The town centre is a brisk 40 minutes walk from the house. Burns Cottage in picturesque Alloway is five minutes away by car, and twenty minutes if on foot.
