This residence is centrally located in Comox within a few minutes drive from the quaint downtown Comox area, the marina, and the numerous beaches. Also approximately 45 minutes drive from Mount Washington ski area. Our place includes a large yard with ample RV or Boat parking and secure storage for misc gear. The rear deck faces South overlooking a landscaped yard. The neighborhood is quiet with numerous deer occasionally wandering through the yard. This location is quiet and very central.
Enter from the ground level front entry. From the interior of this entry area there is a shared laundry room thru a door to the right. The access to the upper level is up the staircase to your left. Up the staircase turning right leads to the 3 bedrooms and bathroom. To the left you will come across the large living room, dining room, kitchen and TV lounge. Off of the TV lounge and kitchen you'll find a large sundeck with a natural gas BBQ covered by a substantial overhang. Stairs off of the sundeck lead you to a lovely large back yard with a large accessory building. If you need to store misc gear such as kayaks, skis, golf clubs, canoes, etc, please let use know so we can provide access. To the West side of the property there is ample parking for and RV or boat trailer. This description is also illustrated in the images of the listing.

- Please make an effort to leave the place as tidy as it was when you arrived.
- We are flexible on the check in and out times but need to consider enough time for the cleaning on check out day. If possible please be checked out by late morning so our cleaner can spend a few hours getting the place ready for our next guest who may just be checking in on the same day as you are checking out.
- We have made our gas BBQ available for guests to use so we ask that the guests using this appliance clean it after each use. Please use the provided BBQ Grill Mat when using the BBQ. It makes the clean up very easy.
