Renovated in 2017, Beach Retreat has all new appliances, furniture, furnishings done up in a colorful beachy motif. In 2018 we added new flooring in the living room and bedroom. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo has 2 queen size beds with 15" mattresses, a sleeper sofa that easily sleeps up to 5 guests. Fully stocked kitchen and linens provided. Located just off Hwy 17 in the middle of North Myrtle Beach, it is close to all attractions, with just an 8-minute walk to the beach.

Jennifer is a great host her place is very beach like she kept on touch with me making sure everything was good. if you gonna stay in north myrtle beach definitely I recommend her place neighbors are quiet and nice.

We were blessed with our first grandbaby last year so thanks to him, our condo is now childproof. I'm so glad you guys could sit back and enjoy yourselves without worrying about your toddler! Please feel free to come back and visit anytime!

Had a great time at Jennifer’s place. It is a nice little getaway that is very clean and Jennifer is a great host. She is quick to respond and the description of condo is accurate. I would highly recommend if your looking for an affordable place to get away a few days.

Great place to stay. Perfect distance between the beach, restaurants & outlet malls. The condo was very clean and easy to find. Will definitely look for this place every time I visit Myrtle Beach.
