Beautiful one bedroom in my 3BR 2BA house in the heart of Fountain Square. Would love to have you enjoy this beautiful house the way I do!
I am fairly new to hosting on Airbnb but am excited to share my home! I just renovated the house this past summer (June 2016) after I purchased it in June. The house is very old and has finely been given the TLC it needed to catch it up to 2017. The main room has gone from duplex look-a-like, to open concept. I hope you love what we have done with it!
This house was built in 1900 and you can tell by the lack of closet space! I have a new appreciation for dressers and walk-in closets. What it lacks in closet space it makes up for in its spacious grand room.
I remodeled the main room when I purchased the house in 2016, opening up the space so the living room and dining room conjoin, while adding in rustic beams.
Interior remodeled in 2016 by painting all walls, ceilings & installing new floor surfaces. Also new appliances including oven, refrigerator, microwave, toilette and bathroom vent.
Noise does not travel in this house so it is nice to have someone watch TV in the main room, and you can't hear it in the back bedrooms.
The third bedroom belongs to my roommate, a traveling RN. She is rarely ever home, and when she is, she goes straight back to bed after working all day. Please let me know if this is an issue!
The laundry, kitchen, living room, front porch, bathroom, and bedroom.
I will interact or not interact with you as much as you please!
Ella, the cat, lives in the house along with my traveling RN roommate. She (my roommate) usually stays at the house Fri-Sat.
Ella is quite emotionally needy, so I hope you enjoy petting her!
My name is Lauren and I work in downtown Indianapolis in marketing. I have recently bought a beautiful 3BD 2BATH in the wonderful neighborhood of Fountain Square.
I spend the majority of my spare time coaching volleyball, and trying to keep my skills sharp by playing in various co-ed leagues.
I live to eat. I love trying new restaurants throughout Indianapolis, and am always looking for the next best donut.
My favorite band is Tom Petty. The Jambox in the house is almost always on with classic rock.
I bought the house because rent was getting so expensive in downtown Indy - figured buying was probably the mature thing to do! And I am happy I did, this house is wonderfully simplistic and perfect for me and my busy life.
