The Coach House sits on its own in a beautiful walled garden of a historic Queen Anne house, at the heart of the village. 50 mins from London & just off the M3. Great places to eat & country walks & pubs on the doorstep. Sleeps 2/3, minimum 2 night stay. Light, airy & newly renovated. Luxury beds. Mix of antiques & contemporary furniture, faded linens, muted paints & luxury bed linen make this a perfect place for rest & relaxation. Perfect for a break or business, Contintl. breakfast provided.
The Coach House is separate from the main house and your own private space to enjoy for a minimum 2 night stay. Upstairs there is a light double aspect bedroom with 5ft
Vi-Spring luxury bed & Lexington bed linen. Running the width of the building is an elegant relaxed sitting/dining room with TV, Wifi, comfortable sofa and furnishings, a generous table for dining/work space and views (double aspect) over the garden. A bright modern kitchen (with fridge, toaster, iron & board) leads off the dining area and tea & coffee making facilities are provided. You are welcome to prepare light meals if you wish.
A separate lobby leads to a newly-fitted bath room with power shower over the bath. There is also a shaving point.
Downstairs there is a small bedroom that can be rented in conjunction with the space upstairs (shares upstairs bathroom). There is a standard 3ft comfortable bed and there are limited views over the garden.
Outside you can explore the lovely one-acre garden, planted extensively with yew hedges to form a series of 'distinct garden rooms'. The garden is opened for charity from time to time. You can lounge on Bridgman recliners and swim in the outdoor heated pool in summer. There is a small Weber BBQ available for your use. Talking of eggs we keep rare-breed chickens up the garden and they lay pretty tiny eggs!
The entire space is for your own private use.
There is parking available on the street. You will be given a key fob to open the drive gates and your own door key for the Coach House.
On certain days of the week, guests can use the indoor heated pool at RAF Odiham, 5 minutes away by car. We have the details for you. In July and August our pool is heated and you are welcome to use it between 8am and 9pm.
A gate at the end of the garden leads directly out to lovely walks across the fields on the edge of the village.
Please note that with the majority of rooms on the first floor, access is more challenging for those who find stairs difficult to manage.
When you are with us, we will normally be available, either in person or by phone, to help you get the most out of your stay. We'll be delighted to recommend where to eat, best travel routes, local walks and places to visit and above all we want you to feel at home while you are here.
Included in your stay:
As well as coffee and tea-making facilities, for breakfast we provide orange juice, Dorset cereals, croissants or sourdough bread, butter, jams, local honey and marmalade.
We do not accept bookings for third parties.

I'm Pauline, and I'm married to Chris, and we have four children, aged 16 upwards.
Chris and I are both from big families and love hospitality and getting friends and family together. We look forward to hosting you!
We love interiors and and we're passionate about our garden, which is somewhere we hope you'll come and relax and enjoy all year round. Winter is all about bonfires and walks in the beautiful countryside around our home, whilst summer is great for swimming in the pool and lounging in the garden.
