hi Mary! Thank you for taking Time to write us a review. II want to sincerely apologize if your stay at Tali was not at top form.. We are changing our caretaker who was too inexperienced and needs more maturity. Being away from the house most of the time, I trusted that training provided to the staff to have a keen eye for detail was taken to heart. it is very unfortunate that this was not the case. We have refreshed the landscaping in the gardens, working on the pool upgrade by next week, replaced the non working lights and non working faucet.. Overall continuous improvement for a better guest experience as we have done with all guest feedback. We were unable to work on upgrades due to peak season bookings and it may have taken a further toll on the house with our back to back bookings this summer.. I know that this will not make up for the less than stellar stay at the property, but if you do consider staying with us again, please contact me directly so I can oversee your stay if I am in Manila and for special rates for your stay. regards, John.
