The homestay area was built using mainly bamboo and other natural resources. It was designed to give our guests a feeling of being somewhere in the mountains. Since EDAYA is an artist's residence, the guests can get the chance to see handmade bamboo crafts by our resident artist who is also a co-founder of EDAYA. Guests can also opt to experience and do workshops on traditional bamboo craftsmanship or on musical instruments. Everything about EDAYA is natural and culturally-inspired.
Our bamboo house is domitory type. We charge 750peso (+airbnb transaction fee ) per head for one night. Since our bamboo house capacity is 4 people for maximum, if you are group of 4 people, whole house can be utilized by that one group.
Guests are allowed to use public dining area just outside EDAYA main house which is located next to the bamboo house. Guests can also use kitchen and hot-shower located in the main building from 7am-10 pm.
EDAYA team gives prime importance in making sure that our guests feel at home and we make a point to talk with them every chance we get because we believe that human interactions is one thing that makes our home stay a real home. EDAYA is a social enterprise founded by Filipino artist and Japanese researcher. We are willing to help to make our guests.
