Heart of the Bay Area is a great house to get together and have some fun. There are plenty of beds and space to have friends and family stay in one place. The backyard is big and with a nice deck to hang out and talk. Smoking is allowed outside on the deck. Enjoy the weather, quiet neighborhood and relaxed environment to get away for a couple nights or as a home location for your travels around the area. If you like shopping and restaurants, the Southland Mall is around the corner.

Great neighbors and a quiet, friendly environment. It is a safe neighborhood and everyone looks out for one another. Southland Mall, Panera Bread, Applebees, Famous Dave's BBQ, Olive Garden, and Buffalo Wild Wings are across the street within walking distance. The Bart station (public transportation similar to a subway) is a 10 minute drive to Hayward station.
