Inverter supported 24 hours power for entire cottage
Whenever requested. Sam and Sera own and run the establishment. We are sociable but try and maintain guest privacy and space. Our home is closeby, within the same compound, so we are here to help whenever required.
Around 20 years ago, Sera and I decided to quit Delhi and shift to Goa. Since then we have led a quiet life here. We've never regretted leaving behind the opportunities and amenities of Delhi, for Goa has a peace to offer quite unique from anyplace else. A rural ambience, beautiful and friendly people, a unique inclusive culture and harmony among different communities and faiths. We've seen a slow erosion of some of this uniqueness over the years, but are hanging on to what we believe in and came looking for.
Sera is a creative and experimenting baker and cook. I have found the time, energy and space, after moving here, to play my guitar and sing. Never happier than when I can wrangle a gig at some restaurant and bar.
We live simply in our nook here in Anjuna. We maintain a simple breakfast menu and are happy to serve up something, at a small charge, for anyone who wishes to eat in.
Cleaning up is done at the cottage every third day or whenever you request us.
Power can be erratic at times here in Goa, but our inverter ensures 24 hour power supply for the entire cottage.
- This is our home. While you are staying here, we request you to kindly take care of the place as if it were your own home. Please do not smoke in your rooms; if you must smoke come out on to the porch. Our place is located in a quiet neighborhood; kindly respect and maintain the tranquility of the place.
Hi, I'm Sam. We have been living in Goa for more than 20 years now. Sera my wife is from here and we decided to relocate and live differently from our busy routines in Delhi. Sera is a creative and experimenting baker and home-chef. Since shifting here I've found the time and opportunity to get more involved in singing and music. Playing gigs in the restaurants and bars around here has been a happy experience. Prior to this I've worked in NGOs in different capacities and have also been involved in writing and editing. We live a simple and relatively uncomplicated life in Goa. We love the pace and vibrance of this small paradise.
