This a holiday home, by the sea and walking distance to the beach. You’ll love the view from the master bedroom, the living and kitchen areas.
This is a 2-bedrooms house with a living area leading to the spacious seafront backyard. There's an open kitchen for simple cooking.
It's ideal for a small group or families.
You can fish at the backyard, play board / card games, cycle in the neighbourhood or simply stroll along the beach.

Bare bricks walls, grey concrete gives the space an unfinished look. Fully retractable doors and panels open up the space to the outdoor. The ventilation blocks keeps the space airy.
The Building Integrated Photovoltaic modules (solar panels) occupies the entire roof and generates more electricity than the house consumes.
Some of the furniture pieces were made from recycled cable drums (side tables) and pallets (coffee table and side cabinets).
There are 2 bicycles (1x adult and 1x kid) you can use. The kayak is not for amature.
There is a fridge, kettle, microwave, electric hob for simple cooking, dinnerware and cutlery for your convenience.
For meals, restaurants in nearby hotels are within walking distance or you can drive to nearby shops.
The house is suitable for guests who enjoy the open space and outdoors and not suitable for those who have low tolerance of heat and sun, as the house is right next to the sea. The best way to enjoy the house is to open up the doors and windows.

The house is close to the Avillion Admiral Cove Hotel, the Admiral Marina & Leisure Club and the Grand Beach Resort Hotel. The nearby beach comes alive in the morning and between 5-6pm with lots of water activities going on - not suitable for guests looking for total peace & quiet, though it can be quite entertaining watching.
