Here is your chance to spend some time and sleep on a rocking 34ft 1979 sailboat.
She is by all means not a luxury yacht but she feels really homey and comfy. You get the cabin in the bow (front) of the boat and a curtain is separating that space.
We are set on an anchor and not in a marina so you will be sleeping in the middle of the water... in a nice comfy bed of course.
The bed is a V shaped bed in the front of the boat. The bathroom is right next to it. There is a curtain that separates the bed from the rest of the boat. The V bed comfortably accomodates 2.
We sleep in the living room on the other side of the curtain. You actually get a bedroom but since all we have is a curtain, we call it a shared space.
You will need a cell phone in order to call us to pick you up from land. We do provide complimentary transport between land and the boat whenever you need it.
Guests have full access to everything on the boat. The fridge is already full and small but you can always throw a couple of beers in there. We will also bring you back and forth between shore and boat unlimited and free of charge.
We will be on the boat most of the time. If guests would like some privacy, we can accomodate by spending some of our own time on shore.
The one thing to note is that there is no hot water on the boat. Also, conserving the fresh water is a top priority like on any boat.
The showers are taken usually on the deck of the boat with a shower bag. This does not allow for much privacy but can be a fun experience.
Have fun, relax, breath the ocean air and let the boat rock you to sleep.
Smoking is allowed but we ask you to be nice and do it on the deck or in the living room.
Beer is prefered in cans instead of glass bottles since we walk bare foot 99% of the time on the boat.
If possible we ask you kindly to wear flip flops or sandals and we usually leave them in the dinghy. If you have shoes, please place them in a plastic bag before getting on the sail boat. Outside dirt and sand can be quite a pain on a boat.
We thank you for your understanding.
