No Parties! Smoke-Free Renovated, tri-level 4 bedroom apartment (no basement) with on-site private parking & laundry. Ideal for small to medium groups or families needing separate bedrooms. Ideally located to transit, major highways, and strategically located halfway between Downtown Toronto and Pearson Airport, located in historic Weston Village. Bedrooms on 2nd & 3rd floors- 2 bedrooms(both w/Queen), 1 bedroom(w/Double/Full), 1 Bedroom (w/2 Twins). Overnight guests 8 (10 on pre-approval).

Warm, inviting and cozy place to call your home away from home. Right-sized, not too big not too small. Not suitable for more than 8 -10 people comfortably.

We do not allow Parties (No Parties) or Events. This is a Smoke-Free Home (No Smoking). No smoking of Cigarettes or Marijuana or other substances for the benefit of Guests who stay after you. No use of "Bongs" or "Sheesha" or other water smoking devices in or around the home.

The living room is a comfortable space on the second floor with a nice 50" flat Ultra High Definition T.V. with cable package. This room is combined with the dining area and has a walkout to the deck.

Main bathroom has two separate sinks and mirrors, toilet, bathtub with shower. The second bathroom is only a two-piece (No Tub & Shower). Separate sink and vanity in the upper 3rd bedroom.

One upper 3rd-floor bedroom rustic wood paneling, and closet. The bedroom overlooks the backyard. One 3rd floor bedroom has custom built-ins, drawers with closet overlooking street from a bay window. Both rooms have laminate flooring. This room also stocks the baby supplies, playpen, car seat, baby bath, baby rocker, baby carriage and baby toys (hand puppets). There are no baby gates for the stairs - please be cautious.

Two smaller bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one room with a double/full bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds. These Bedrooms are carpeted.

Off the kitchen eating area which is located on the 2nd floor is a large deck with stairs leading down to the large back yard. There is a small play structure (dinosaur) in the back yard.

You do not get access to the main floor area other than the front entrance and a large foyer/room for shoes and jackets. The main floor is a separate living space.

There is a laundry room located in the basement with coin-op laundry machines. Machines are commercial grade and size machines (washer and dryer). Please contact Host if you need access to the laundry (24hrs notice).

Property has private parking on-site (driveway). Two available spots (tandem), third spot optional at an extra cost of $10.00 per night and subject to availability.

Security: This property uses an August Electronic Key which means there is no physical key and no guest will receive one. The reason for this is your and our personal security. Not unlike a hotel suite which uses an electronic key to enter your hotel room, we also have one for our home. With this electronic lock, we can give you access to the property for a specific period of time (your stay), at the end of your stay the lock deletes your access and you will not be able to reenter the property. This provides you with the assurance that no one else will be able to access the property during your stay. There is also no "Physical" key that can be duplicated, which means there can be no key lost, and no former guest or their guest will be able to reenter the property. An electronic key gives you an extra level of security and is very convenient. The electronic key is "August Home".

So when you get your booking confirmed. I will program your cellular telephone number into the August app and you will get a text message from the August Lock Company with an invite to set up the app on your cellular phone. You then download the August Home app (or from the Play store or iTunes) to your Smartphone. Once done choose, "I received an invite." then follow instructions. Setting this up is very simple so no need to worry. If you want others to have access to the lock, simply message me their first and last name, cellular number, and country code.

For those whom do not have a cellular phone we require you to give us your cellular phone number and we are able to give you a key pad code (numbers) which is located on the door frame where you can key in your unique key pad code to enter our home. This code as well is good only for the time of your stay. After your stay, the code will no longer work.

Another benefit to an electronic lock is your ability to arrive when you want after 3 p.m. and we do not have to coordinate our mutual meeting time. This works the same for when you leave, Should you need to leave at 5 a.m. you just lock the door and then there is no key to return to us.

It is important to set up the August app as soon as you get the text message. It is best done in your country.

Private large 2nd floor deck. (best utilized in Spring, Summer, and Fall). DO NOT butt your cigarette on the deck surface - it is composite and will burn the deck. If you do there will be a $25.00 penalty per burn mark in order to fix. There is a sand bucket for cigarette butts for those who do not follow house rules as we do not allow smoking on the deck. Smoking is permitted on back yard lawn area only.

Guests have limited access to the backyard.

On-site Laundry's coin-op washer and separate dryer located in Basement. Please contact Host for access to the laundry room in the basement (24 hrs notice). Coin-op Laundry is at an extra cost. Laundry soap, spot cleaner, and dryer towels provided.

I try my utmost to keep this home a Smoke Free environment (all types of smoking) - However, some Guests and their friends have violated this in the past and have disregarded our House rules. Those smoking in the home will get a negative review - no exceptions. I will seek compensation from you if you do. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only.

This is a Century Home with modern upgrades and updates to it.

This home is located in Weston Village a quaint family neighbourhood of century homes on tree-lined streets close to many amenities such as shopping, groceries, a great weekend farmer's market (May to October) all walking distance, the Humber River Hospital, transit, rail, Pearson International Airport to mention just a few of the highlights.

Weston Village is a lesser known jewel in Toronto.

Simply leave your car on-site and travel by transit (TTC), UP Express or the Go Train (you have a maximum number of options from this home). This way can avoid high parking fees, needless parking tickets, wasted time in heavy traffic and congestion all often overlooked when choosing your accommodation.

This home is located close to great finds and little jewels like warehouse/clearance centers & discount shopping. If you want to pay full price for things you do not have to worry about that Toronto has plenty of these places. We are conveniently located by easy access the major highways leading to the Dixie Outlet Mall, Orfus Road Clearance centers, Toronto Premium Outlet Malls or shopping centers such as Yorkdale Mall and Vaughan Mills Mall.

Need to visit the sites, again I have the most number of options to get downtown. You can take the TTC to access the subway or direct to your destination, the Go Train - which takes you south to Union Station (Downtown), north to Brampton, Georgetown, Guelph, Kitchener or take the UP Express which takes you after Weston, to Dundas and the Dundas Street West Subway station/High Park or the second stop which is Union Station (to see the Jays, Maple Leafs, Raptors, Ripley's Aquarium, Mirvish Theatre and so much more.) UP Express runs every 15 minutes to Union Station in 14 minutes, Dundas Station in 7 minutes and Pearson Airport in 11 minutes.

If you are a runner, cyclist or avid nature walker. Our home is located centrally to the start of the Humber River Trail entrances to the Southern (to the Lake) and Northern Humber River Trail (To Woodbridge) routes. Both trails separate at Weston. You can spend hours just walking the trails of the Humber.

Weston Village is often underlooked as a location to stay. If you are looking a place to stay at the end of the day which is a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and a place to come enjoy and relax at the end of the day then this is it.
