~House numbers are painted next to my driveway to make identification of my town home easier

~Guests are expected to leave the unit in the clean it was upon check-in. Host will wash all the towels, linens, sweeping, moping, detailing, and sanitizing of unit.

The west side of Lawrence is very desirable and is also the newer part of homes.
My home is located close to the K-10 access highway, but not too close so you hear highway noise.
Many homes are owned and all are occupied with many neighbors walking their children and pets daily past my corner location.
Don't worry about my home being located on a corner as the new windows I had installed drown out most outside noise-in fact it makes it difficult to hear the rain unless thunder and lightning are present.

I'm a full-time special education teacher in an elementary at-risk school district. My home is my place of solitude and a work in progress. I love to work in the yard and landscape during the warm months and update/replace on the inside during the winter. My home is always under construction! I have no children so animals are my children, so I currently have two rescue male cats, Charlie (gray) and Harry (multi-colored and BIG) who keep me busy picking up after them.
