Double bedroom with a single bunk bed with access to a private bathroom. It is located in a small quiet residential area and is very near the university of Limerick. Also close the park, pubs/restaurant, river and the M7 express bus stop to Dublin all in walking distance. You will have a light breakfast. The room is perfect for one person, a couple or a couple + 1 kid.

The bedroom is very comfortable with the private bathroom. These are a double bed and a single bunk above.. It can sleep three people but it is not very big for three. The house is quiet. You will also have a parking space and it is very safe.

In the morning, you can help yourselves with the breakfast that I will leave for you (cereal, bread, butter, jam, milk, tea and coffee). However, we would like to keep the kitchen for our family for the rest of the day and evening.

Even though we live in a suburb, it is very nice and quiet around here. There are few pubs around, a great park and the university which is not far at all. Limerick city is about 7 kilometres away. The buses are quite good and there is a very nice walk by the Shannon river to town. Also, the bus stop from Dublin is only few minutes away.
