The check in and check out details is always communicated between myself and my guests while on their stay at the property. For the “light breakfast”, I provided you with oat, packs of baked beans, tea, coffee, sugar... I don’t provide milk cos of its close expirtion date which I communicated with you. I don’t know what other light breakfast you desire. You could have as well asked for both lunch and dinner. Again the property was warm enough to receive the guest. You can’t say you slept in a cold apartment because that would be a bog lie. The fridge door only makes noise when its not properly jammed and i also told you that. An apartment located on the fifth floor with double and tight glazing, how would you say the moving cars disturbed you? If you closed the windows, how would you hear a sound coming from outside? Every reasonable host as well as most organizations who serve the public such as telecommunications companies after they believed they have done well to satisfy an individual, would kindly ask for a positive review. When has it become an offense to ask for a review? SANGEET, your review is very misleading. In life, always try to appreciate other people’s effort in trying to satisfy your needs and not castigate. You are just to DRAMATIC and I didn’t see this coming.
