I have read carefully your points of view concerning Villa Anthoulis that we manage and thank you very much for your time to review.
I found your comments not justice for the property and been troubled with them I felt the need to search all previous feedbacks for Villa Anthoulis. Please believe me; I failed to find one matching yours.
Having this on hand, I checked carefully all of our correspondence and contacts. Getting now an overall view of it, I would like to highlight the following.
I understand and accept the fact that all guests, starting their holiday, do create expectations, which do not always / necessarily respond to the reality, specifically if they have not studied the description / features of the property, that they are going to stay at, in advance.
I am afraid that in your case, it should has happened the same, otherwise how could someone explain the fact that you had not asked why a/c is payable extra and how much that could cost.
Furthermore - this was checked twice - I could not see any message or report for things missing or in need of maintenance. From the beginning of the season, at least 10 families have stayed in Anthoulis, they all accessed it easily and no issues were reported by anyone.
Communication concerning, I would also need to say that - during the period of your holiday - we had more than a thousand guests holidaying in various resorts with NO contact issues. In opposite - and as per our Administration- on a couple of cases that they wanted to contact you there was no response from the mobile number given.
I just want to remind that the property is just an accommodation for rent and as we clearly state on our description, it only provides the necessary facilities for a short summer stay and not the ones which could be requested by someone interested into buying it or stay for a very long period in it.
In any case, thank you very much for your time to review and I apologize if the particular holiday property did not meet with your demands / expectations.
If this was finally the case, again, you could easily had contacted us and ask us to propose something different for you and for your needs.
Eventually, this did not happen and I regret that we were not given the chance to rectify anything standing not right.
In any case, we really appreciate your good will to report and we are looking forward to welcoming you back another time under different circumstances and conjunctions.
