There are great footpaths/walks all around the village. Beautiful beach - 5 mins, 4 miles to The Lost Gardens of Heligan and 12 miles to The Eden Project. My bungalow has amazing views of the sea, the surrounding coastline and countryside! A great place to stay for coastpath walkers and visitors alike!
Large, double, clean and tidy bedroom with sink, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers. Plus newly refurbished separate, modern bathroom with bath, sink, toilet, bidet and large separate shower. Large, homely lounge with beautiful sea views, surround sound TV and woodburner.

Breakfast - cereals, fruit juice, coffee, tea, toast and crumpets provided - sitting in the lounge overlooking the beautiful countryside and sea views. Should you want a more extensive choice of breakfast then just go to Cakebread's cafe in the village, just up the road from the beach (5 mins walk) where you can get a fabulous fry-up or a freshly baked croissant!

I love helping people and I have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Cornwall, so please do ask if you want to know anything and I will be more than glad to help you! But I will not be in your space as they say!! So if you want peace and quiet then that's absolutely fine with me! Just come here and have a fabulous holiday.
I am a part-time child-minder for my grandchildren so I may not be here at all times. Also when the weather is good I could well be on the beach!
PLEASE DO CONTACT ME TO ARRANGE A TIME THAT IS MUTUALLY CONVENIENT FOR YOU TO ARRIVE, EVEN IF IT IS DIFFERENT THAN THE TIMES I OFFER, AS I WANT TO BE AT HOME TO MEET YOU ON YOUR ARRIVAL. Thank you.
To be polite and thoughtful of others in the house.
Please do not remove the house towels from the house Please bring your own beach towels
To remember this is my home and not a hotel - so please vacate the house by 10am each day and you can return from 4pm onwards. It gives me time to spend with my family and friends and to do the housework etc. Thank you.
I am a retired Design Technology teacher but now really enjoy my free time. I have entertained paying guests in my home for many years but this is the first time I have been on Airbnb. My family run a large farm and a farm shop that is adjacent to The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
I love travelling both abroad and in this country using Airbnb abroad as well. I am proud to say that I am Cornish through and through and that I know my local area very well. My four children have all left home now and I enjoy living in this beautiful and quiet location. My hobbies are walking. cooking, travelling, quizzing and looking after my grandchildren!
I love meeting people and spending time helping them to find the best in our local area. So I look forward to meeting you on your travels!
