The apartment is 78 sqm. The living are is bright and open. There is a stylish dining table and chairs on the right side when entering the apartment. To the left is the kitchen area and a washing machine. There is a large L-shaped comfy sofa facing a 48" LED TV. A small work desk and office chair are placed between the sofa and the balcony door. The balcony has a coffee table and two chairs for those who want to enjoy the sunrise or sunset with a suitable beverage.
There is a hallway leading form the living area, and to the left is a bedroom with a single bed, bed table, reading lamp and a picture of Indian chief. There is also a roomy inbuilt closest to store clothes or any other items.
Bathroom is to the left in the hallway. Its a nice and roomy space with a big ceramic basin and toilet. The shower is also roomy and the shower head is modern and powerful.
Master bedroom is at the end of the hallway. Its very spacious with a wide window by the side of the bed. The bed is king size and there are bed tables with reading lamps on both sides. There is a 30" LED TV on the wall for those who want to watch TV before sleep. One wall in the bedroom has inbuilt large closet, therefore there is lots of storage space. There is also a door leading from the bedroom to the bathroom.

P floor has a huge recreational area. With large pool, gym and a sauna. There is also a play area for children. All guests can access it. Its open from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm

No smoking in the apartment or on the balcony. Its condo rules and there is a 2000 THB fine. There is however a smoking area in the garden by the entrance of the building.

Its very lively neighborhood. Great area for shopping and dining out. The first floor of the condo is a small mall called Shops, with a few shops but mostly restaurants and cafes. There is also a very good convenience store called Willa Mart if you need to shop for groceries. MRT Rama 9 is just 5 minuets walking distance away making this a superb location. Central Plaza, Fortune Town (IT mall) and Esplanade, Big C very close by or about 5 minuets walking distance. RCA only 10-15 min walking distance away, with a good variations of bars, restaurants and clubs.
