For the third and 4th and 5th person I put mattress on the floor in the same room, it means you acknowledge that comfort and space is lower , reserved for "young" if 3 or 4 persons. If you are 5 it is very crowdy so you must be ready to accept it.
Bed blankets, towels, lotion for shower,... bottles of water.
No waste time for cleaning when you leave.

Flat is 5th level with lifts.
