Welcome to our cozy and clean four-season 900 sq. ft. cottage in Winnipeg Beach, Manitoba with lake access just one block away. Enjoy the quaint lakeside community while staying at this beautifully-finished three bedroom, one bathroom retreat featuring a wood-burning stove, LED TV with satellite channels and in-ceiling speakers, a new Samsung washer and dryer, as well as a new barbecue.
**Please note that a minimum seven night stay is required in July and August (Sunday to Sunday).

We welcome our guests to our 900 sq. ft. private property located in a quiet area in the charming resort community of Winnipeg Beach. Our four-season cottage's interior and exterior were extensively renovated in 2016-17.
The cottage is just a one hour drive from downtown Winnipeg and is the perfect all-season retreat. Enjoy quiet walks through the community and the nearby marina, and take a walk to the beach just one block away.
The open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen combination features a kitchen island with two bar stools, a dining room table that seats four, major appliances including a microwave, fridge and oven, and a wood-burning stove. Curl up on the large sectional and read a good book, watch satellite TV or a DVD on the LED TV and enjoy in-ceiling speaker sound.
The cottage features three private bedrooms (two queen beds and one double bed), and the large three piece bathroom features a stand-up shower and a new Samsung washer and dryer.

Enjoy a large yard with a south-facing front deck, and an outdoor fire pit and barbecue in the backyard.

Guests will enjoy a fully functional kitchen stocked with pots, pans, slow cooker, panini press, toaster, cooking utensils, dinnerware and glassware.
A coffee maker, coffee and filters are provided, as well as a water cooler. We supply about one jug of water for our guests. If you need more for your stay, feel free to fill it at Park Place Meats and Grocery in downtown Winnipeg Beach (40 Stitt Street).
Propane for the barbecue, clean linens, pillows and towels are supplied, as well as basic cleaning products.
For our guests’ safety, we have installed a Nest smoke/CO detector and fire extinguisher.

During the summer, bring bikes and ride around the community discovering many neat spots.
Your hosts recommend Brennivins Pizza Hüs at A-70 1st Avenue in Gimli for pizzas, pasta and wings, as well as Europa at 81 1st Avenue in Gimli for delicious Greek food and the largest portions one must see to believe.
