Dear Asya, We advertise that these apartments are only used for guests and we do not live in them, which is what most guests want (as most guests do not want to have other people's personal items in the apartments, or half eaten jar of jam in the fridge). It is more than just a hotel room, it is a 1 bedroom apartment hotel with separate bedroom that contains queen size bedroom suite, wardrobe, safe, etc, and separate living room with lounge suite, dining suite, TV, etc, and kitchen that is fully equipped with all necessary items such as cooktop, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils, etc. We do not provide paper towels, but we do provide dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels, and dishcloth, etc as that is more friendly to the environment to reuse the kitchen towels instead of throwing away the paper towels. Also as with a professional run apartment hotel you received perfectly clean and white linen with towels and professionally clean apartment. I'm not sure why you had issues with the security card for the elevator, but we have not had any other guests complaining about them and we have used them without problems afterwards with our next guests, however, being a hotel style building with 24 hour reception desk you do have the luxury and convenience of the reception staff helping you out when required. I'm glad you had good experience with our check-in and our lovely comfortable bed and shower which is a very important part of our guests stay.
