My place is close to Bear Valley, Lake Alpine, Utica, Union & Spicer Reservoirs, Pacific Crest Trail & Big Trees State Park. Not far from Arnold, Murphys & Angels Camp. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the ambiance, family friendly atmosphere, guest kitchen, scrumptious breakfast, European feel, easy access and relaxed lifestyle.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & families (with kids). Room has queen bed, twin rollaway bed, kids cot & private ADA bathroom.

The listing was very accurate. We were prepared with sleeping bags, as requested, but Vicky had made up the extra beds for us. Our room, 10, had recently had a bathroom update and was very spacious. The room was as described.
