Brand new high end condo situated walking distance from the beach and 10 mins from the nearest major shopping mall (Jungceylon). But who needs the beach when you have a beautiful pool and a rooftop saltwater pool with full gym amenities, and a view of the mountains when you wake? The pools are "full sized" and not mere "baby pools" that can be found in many hotels / condo developments! The place has wifi and cable installed. The 24 hour round-the-clock security ensures you will always sleep well

1. Location, location, location. Where else can you be in Patong that's close enough to the beach, mall and restaurants, yet far enough from the party scene (Bangla Road) to avoid any trouble and sleep in peace?
2. Full in-room amenities. From wine glasses to cutleries to plates to a fridge, wifi internet access and cable TV, where else would you be able to find a whole set of amenities at your disposal? Oh towels are also provided, the only thing you will need are personal toiletries (which you can obtain from the convenience store beside the development).
3. Full hotel style facilities. A well-equipped gym, two large, full sized pools (one an infinity rooftop saltwater pool), parking and concierge service to guide you wherever you want to go.
4. The view. My unit has a good view of the mountains, a nice change from the beach! It's situated on the 4th floor of the development, with a lift to bring you right up so you don't have to lug your heavy luggage.
5. The service. Did I mention there is a concierge service? If you need any tips or to call for transport, they are available to assist. Something wrong with the electrical appliance? No problem, they will solve them in a jiff!
