It is walking distance from restaurants, a groceries, and a park with a basketball court and playground. You’ll love my place because of the beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, the warm sunlight, the large comfy bed, and the privacy of having the whole guesthouse to yourself. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

We were in Sacramento for a memorial service and found the guest house to be ideal for our needs - private, very tidy, and in a quiet location for much needed sleep! James communicates all the details very well!
