Il Monolocale D is a 45 m2 studio and sits on the ridge that separates, at its narrowest point, the two gulfs of Naples and Salerno. It can host up to 4 people and has a private terrace. Il Monolocale is a development of just four apartments, each virtually identical, and around 45m2 in size.
Il Monolocale D also offers easy access to a network of paths of various difficulty marked out around the area. These paths run along the top of the mountains of the Amalfi and Sorrento Coasts, amid cliffs that drop sharply down to the sea and breathtaking scenery. If you enjoy walking in the mountains, this is just the place for a heavenly holiday! We recommend bringing or hiring a car if you intend to stay at Il Monolocale. You can park inside the gate.
Il Monolocale D offers one double bed, a confortable double sofa bed, one bath with shower, a kitchenette and plenty of space outdoors. The floor of the living area features characteristic ceramic tiles. The cosy furnishings include a TV, a double sofa bed and a sofa. The sleeping area on the mezzanine (at a height of 1.9 metres) features a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
In addition to the seating and dining areas, the open plan living area contains a modern kitchen, with two gas rings, a fridge-freezer, Italian coffee maker and a range of other small household appliances.
The living area leads out through 2 windows onto the terrace.
The bathroom, with mosaic tiling in shades of aquamarine, is accessed from the central living room and has a washbasin, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and an enclosed shower.
We recommend bringing or hiring a car when you stay at Il Monolocale. There is a convenient parking area just inside the gates. We will be happy to assist you with recommendations for local restaurants, or to arrange tours of the local area.
PS II.: Note: From 1 April to 31 October the Municipal Council of Massa Lubrense has instituted a mandatory tourist tax on all temporary residents.
The tourist tax must be added to the total amount of stay and has to be pay cash at the arrival.
