The Bayview Beach Cottage is a wonderful, comfortable home. Large space with large deck and yard located across the street from Bayview State Park. An hour from the Cascade Mountains, and only minutes from the tulip fields and the ferry to the San Juan Islands. Local hiking, biking, and shopping.

Private home, gardens and deck. All main floor living without an elevator or steps. Quiet area. The home has many amenities included. We have 4 bicycles with helmets, 2 kayaks with life jackets and 3 sets of golf clubs with balls. We are located on the Padilla Bay trail which is great for biking, walking or running.

Our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood where everyone walks their dogs and walks the trails. The view is stunning. View of San Juan Islands and Kitesurfers at times. Take the Kayaks and explore the waterways next to the trail or just Padilla Bay. Whether you are looking for a quiet relaxing get away from the city or you simply want to get back to nature, our home offers a unique sanctuary with picturesque views.
This home is on a private well and due to its beach location the water occasionally has a sulphur smell. The water is very safe; we do provide filtered and bottled water for drinking.

Frank and Arlene are both retired educators. We have been snowbirds for several years, living part-time in Escondido, CA and the other in BayView, WA. We now wish to offer our lovely home for others to enjoy.
