The apartment is part of a regency town house but completely self-contained. You can come and go as you please.
We live on site so can help with anything you may need. However, you'll feel entirely independent as both properties are self-contained with separate access and do not overlook each other.
A bit about us. I moved from London to Cheltenham last year with my husband, Chris. Chris is a lawyer who works for a firm dedicated to the pursuit of social justice and I work for a charity that supports the same cause. We love Airbnb (both being a host and a guest). It's great to meet new people from all over the world and also share our new home with others.
Upon booking, we'll send a manual which contains suggested things to do in the area and details of some of our favourite restaurants and places to visit around the town.
My partner or I will usually be around to welcome you in and show you around but, if we are out, there is a key box by the front door.
A welcome food basket is provided on arrival and the kitchen is stocked with other basics such as tea, fresh coffee and a grinder, herbs and spices.
We love the apartment and respectfully ask that you would treat it as you would your own home.
Fresh slippers are provided as we would be grateful if you didn't wear your shoes in the house (recent new carpets).
Any breakages, damage to items or spillages should be reported to Rachel immediately.
We'd really appreciate it if you'd leave the apartment as you found it. This includes washing all kitchen equipment/emptying the dishwasher and putting things away. Of course we don't expect you to vacuum, mop, strip bedding, etc - this is all covered in the cleaning fee.
Sorry - no pets, smoking or vaping, parties or additional guests beyond those reflected in the booking.
If you require two single beds please let us know otherwise we will assume two guests are happy to share a double.
Regretfully, we only accept reservations from guests who have positive reviews from previous hosts.
Many thanks and we very much look forward to hosting you.
