This is a comfortable sunny central studio apartment. You have private access to your own apartment room. The main area has a Queen Bed, lounger chair, laptop/office desk and chair and also an outdoor balcony area. This also includes a panel heater, TV, & Wifi . You have your own fridge/microwave/toaster & jug with bench unit. There is a bathroom en-suite with shower, towel rail, underfloor heating and basin unit. The foyer is shared with an apartment next door laundry - in here you have access to shared washing machine, dryer, ironing board etc. Suits various types of visits being either short or long, travelling through or business trips.

-THE APARTMENT WILL BE SANITIZED DURING THE CLEAN AFTER EACH GUEST

- The main entrance door is quite heavy as it is a fire door, turn the handle down completely and you may have to push hard.
- Please ensure you lock both doors when exiting the aparrtment
-Please turn the extract fan switch on if using the washer/dryer in laundry (bottom switch)
-Access to people outside the booked guests are not allowed without previous notification
- On-street Parking is available in front of the apartment complex, paid parking is available behind the building
