This 3rd floor ocean-view condo is situated in a prime 36th Street mid-town location! Steps to the Beach and close to everything... walk to Restaurants, Nightlife, Shopping, Boardwalk, Amusements, Convention Center and more!

ONLY Monday & Friday check-ins Memorial Day to Labor Day!
Book Weeks or Mini-weeks. (Weeks: Fri - Fri OR Mon - Mon) (Mini-Weeks: Mon to Fri OR Fri to Mon).
Other months check-in any night.

** We have plenty of pillows and blankets but you do need to bring your own linens and paper products**
The unit sleeps 5 guests. Beds are situated as follows:
There is a queen bed in the bedroom
A queen pullout sofa bed in the living room
An oversized chair in the living room that pulls out to a twin bed..

This mid-town location is perfect for any Ocean City stay. Located on 36th Street, our condo is within walking distance to many of Ocean City's best restaurants! Jolly Rogers amusement park, which includes a full Waterpark and Go-Cart race park is only 3 short blocks away. The Convention Center is also just a short 4-block walk in the other direction. Ocean City's World Famous Boardwalk starts on 27th street. This location allows you to be close enough to enjoy the boardwalk, but just far enough away to not be stuck in the downtown hustle and bustle. All of this, and you are just steps to the beach!!

I'm a true big-city girl that loves the beach! My husband and I live and work in Baltimore but you'll find our toes in the sand of Ocean City every chance we get. We have properties in both of our favorite cities listed on Airbnb :-) We strive to make the rental process easy and your stay relaxing.
