In the square of the medieval village, in the ancient historic home protected by the Fine Arts, with own winery and large garden is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. On the ground floor a pleasant living room overlooking the garden. Centrally located to visit within short time all of Friuli Venezia Giulia .

Two comfortable double bedrooms, the first floor one looking onto the garden, second floor one, three windows overlooking the roofs of the village, the garden and the mountains in the background and the ancient wisteria.
One full bathrooms and one shower bathroom.
( Price per double room , including breakfast €85 minimum stay 2 nights)
A small kitchen is also available, thus making our B&B
usable also as a small apartment for longer stays.
Guests can enjoy some relax in our big garden, but also go to the sea side, to mountain resorts or visit interesting UNESCO sites as Palmanova, Aquileia, Cividale near by or travel to Trieste (45 ' motorway) and reach Venice with 1h train.
Breakfast for B&B use is prepared on the ground floor, in a "flower" room viewing the garden through a large French window.
We will be pleased to take you around our property, to visit the winery, our permanent exhibition “I colori del Vino®”(The colors of wine) and on Sundays, together with our wines you will be able to eat some local salami and cheeses in our“ Antico Cantinone”
Even a Boston grand piano is available ...for musicians!

On May 20 th, on occasion of Giardini Aperti (Open Gardens), an exhibition of unexpected sculptures and wooden objects created by Hans and Marga Leitner will be open to the public.
On June 3 rd, you can attend the DONATELLO ENSEMBLE Concert (2 fl, vn, pf) An excursus in the centuries of classical music from Mozart to Piazzolla.
Two occasions for a stay at Casa Antica Mosaici.

Sono una persona allegra e socievole, mi piace stare in compagnia magari degustando insieme un buon calice di vino, Foffani naturalmente! Ancora sportiva, in bici accompagno il mio cagnone Spino a passeggio nei campi, d'inverno sono una patita di sci e d'estate viva il mare! Tutte mete raggiungibili in un'ora circa da Clauiano. E poi un po' di relax in giardino: fiori, alberi e tanti uccellini! Ma non mancano gli eventi culturali, mostre, concerti nelle splendide cornici di Aquileia, Cividale, Palmanova, volendo fino a Venezia con un comodo treno e fino a Milano per stare con i miei adorati piccoli nipoti.
