The guest didn´t communicate or interacted with us that he`s going on a business trip. Everything he wrote was "Hi i go to the fair." (for business or just as visitor? - we don´t know)He didin´t told us on which time he will arrived or how he want to pick up the keys. Until now all people who stayed at our appartment told us these things. We offer him to be flexible about picking up the keys as well we called him a taxi twice times. We even ask him if he need anything else.I dont know which AirBnb standards he expected, but for us his requirements were to high. He anticipated some "useful standards" (there is a bed, a desk, a chair,a clean bathroom, and a blow-dryer (if he had asked for towls, he would also get some for sure) and a room which he can really use? I wonder why he didn´t take a hotel room?
