Hi, Sean Shi. Yes, I have 2 living rooms on the first floor, and so I don't mind dedicating one of them for guests' use when I have any, and like you said, the whole bottom floor as well. Not all rooms have reminders (not "instructions") posted on them; they're there because it's helpful for those who stay for one night (like your group) who don't read my listing, or for group members who don't have access to my listing--just so they know what to do if the main guest is not able to disseminate the information to everyone. There are room/suite labels so everyone will know where to go (much like hotel floor directions to find your room number or suite) or where to dine. Cabinet labels are also posted to match each occupant's room--I don't want my guest to mistake my 2 tenants' grocery and food for their consumption: I kid you not, as I have had guests who drank my other guests' beer. I reviewed the photos of my premises during your stay and they all looked clean and organized. I am sorry the A/C bothered you; if you told me when I asked, I would've turned it off. Nevertheless, I am glad that you liked the room/suite and you're happy with the warm treatment I have given you and your group. God bless.
