Welcome to our apartment in the nice and quite village in Calvià. We offer our home for our guests to feel at home.

Double bedroom apartment's in the beautiful and quiet village of Calvià. Private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Shared kitchen. Dining room. Old and renovated house. The bedroom has a bed (mattress of 150x190 cm) with desk. The dining room features a table, chairs and bookcase with a collection of books. The kitchen is fully furnished, presents all kinds of utensils to cook in it. There is a ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave.

The village is very nice and quiet, with a central core around its majestic church and presents a set of traditional houses of Mallorcan popular architecture. You can find businesses such as restaurants, bars, food shops or hairdressers, which convey the social and cultural atmosphere of this small town.

Calvià can be reached by public transport (11 daily bus services and 5 on Sundays) from Palma or from other tourist areas of the municipality, such as Santa Ponça or Palmanova or by private car by motorway to Palmanova and then take a 6 km road to the town.

The house is located in a residential area and especially quiet, there is no noise and you can breathe a lot of peace and harmony.

IMPORTANT: The entrance to the apartment is shared, as is the kitchen that is located on the lower floor of the property. The apartment is completely private and is located on the first floor of the property, which is accessed by internal stairs.
