Wir waren mit unserer Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Es war alles sehr sauber, alles vorhanden und die Einrichtung mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Die Anlage war auch sehr schön, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders haben uns der Pool, der Rosengarten und die Aussicht gefallen. Es gab sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Nach dem Sightseeing in Rom war es richtig entspannend zum Bauernhof zurückzukommen. Silvia war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

La Casa di Carla e Patrizia è un vero casale da sogno. Se chiudete gli occhi e provate ad immaginare un casale in Umbria immaginerete proprio questo fantastico Casale! Rústico ma ricercato. Elementi etnici uniti a fantastici dettagli del centro italia. Libri ovunque che riscaldano l’ambiente e raccontano la storia del casale e della sua famiglia. Ci siamo emozionatu. Godersi una bella lettura nella veranda al calduccio e con una bella bevanda hot (un gin tonic o una tisana ai FINOCCHI, cambia poco) è davvero impagabile. La vista fa venire gli occhi lucidi. C’è un po’ di strada da fare per arrivare nei borghi vicini (Narni, Stifone etc) ma prendetela come un’opportunità per godervi la bellissima campagna umbra. Si tratta di una casa in campagna che può richiedere manutenzione durante il soggiorno, ma Patrizia (e immaginiamo anche Carla anche se non l’abbiamo conosciuta di persona) sono gentili e disponibili e faranno di tutto per aiutarvi. Ottimo il ristorante monte del grano 1969

A lovely property in a beautiful area. Sabrina and Antonio were really attentive and kind. Easily accessible by text and also prompt in coming round to solve a problem. Having 3 separate apartments worked well for the extended family and the ground floor was large enough for us to dine together. There are lots of places to visit including many beautiful hill top medieval towns. Antonio and Sabrina were very kind gifting some local Est Est Est wine and a cake for our special birthday. Little unexpected touches like these helped to make it a memorable stay. The weather was not on our side in the middle of April, rain and mist on several days, so it would have been nice to have somewhere inside for us to sit and relax together. A few comfy sofas would have been appreciated by older members of our group. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, no matter the weather!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit schattige huisje met prachtig uitzicht! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de zus van Michele. We kregen nog leuke tips om te doen in de omgeving. Ook de ouders, die op het erf wonen, waren ( net als de zus) erg vriendelijk, vrolijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben zelfs kleding voor ons gewassen. Bedden slapen lekker. Alle nodige spullen zijn aanwezig. We raden de accommodatie van Michele ten zeerste aan.

An absolutely outstanding location with wonderful gardens, views, romantic spots to eat outside and excellent pool. Campagnano di Roma is well situated - close to FCO and Rome itself. There is so much to do in the area. We stayed whilst another family were in the 2nd property and it still felt private like we had the place to ourselves. Olympia is a fantastic host for Ludovica and family. This is our 3/4 visit and we will definitely be back. Wonderful wonderful place and home. Make sure to visit Sutri and the tombs, ampitheatre, grounds and church inside the rock. Just WOW. SO many amazing sights to see in the area. Enjoy as much as we have.

Wow... where should we start? Our hosts were so very thoughtful and took great care to make sure our stay was so so comfortable. We were greeted by our hosts and presented with fresh eggs, milk and bread. They gave us the grand tour and made sure we felt right at home. This apartment had ALL the amenities and was so spacious and cozy. So much thought and care went into the layout and amenities. Our hosts had a great guest handbook and gave excellent recommendations. They also kept us supplied with coffee which was such a kind gesture. We all loved spending time in our beautiful Airbnb. Time spent in the heated pool was such a relaxing treat. We also LOVED the hike right from the house through the woods to Sorano. The ancient caves and nature walk was such a great experience! This quiant town was very quiet and beautiful. We loved all of the day trip opportunities from here. By far our favorite stay in Italy so far. Grazi mille to Andrea and Charlyn!!

Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage war wunderschön. Die Ausstattung war sehr hochwertig, die Betten waren ausgezeichnet. Da wir leider sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter hatten, haben wir/ unsere Kinder sich sehr über den Whirpool gefreut. Gerade für Gäste mit Hund sehr geeignet. Der Kontakt mit Daniela war super und auch ihr Vater sehr hilfreich und sehr sympathisch. Danke für alles

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, Madi went above and beyond—she was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, even going to the market before our arrival. One evening, she arranged for a private chef to prepare an authentic Italian dinner for us, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The property itself is huge and breathtaking. It’s surrounded by beautiful stone walls, peaceful olive groves, and an abundance of fruit trees—it felt like a slice of paradise. The home is spacious, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we could ask for. This is hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. It’s a true hidden gem, and I can’t say enough about how amazing both the host and the property are.

La maison est aussi belle que sur les photos. Elle est aussi très agréable à vivre. La grande piscine fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Le terrain entièrement clôturé est un réel plus, notre chien a pu explorer les lieux en toute autonomie. Tout est fait pour que les visiteurs passent de merveilleuses vacances. Nous avons également profité de l’huile d’olive et des légumes frais apportés par le maraîcher d’à coté. Catharine est une hôte adorable et très disponible. Nous reviendrons !

Bel posto, spazio molto accogliente e isolato per feste

Nous sommes restés 15 jours dans cette location, nous étions 2 adultes et deux enfants (un enfant en fauteuil roulant). Facile d'accès , parking privé. L'appartement était conforme à la description . La vue était magnifique en pleine campagne comme on aime. Le jardin était plat donc accessible en fauteuil, la piscine était excellente que ce soit la propreté et la température de l'eau.L'appartement était comme dans l'annonce il est petit mais assez pour quatre personnes la literie était confortable et le linge de maison très propre. Nous sommes arrivés avec la barrière de la langue mais Olivia était là elle a été très accueillante, disponible et réactive.Nous avons appréciés sa gentillesse également et ses petits présents (petits desserts , légumes de sa production et du pain maison).Elle a su être présente également pour nos soucis de zone ZTL à Rome et à passer les appels pour nous.Nous avons appréciés la gentillesse de Madeleine la femme de ménage. Je recommande ++c'était magnifique

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Giulias Wohnung. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die begrünte Terrasse, die sich im Souterrain befindet, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Giulia war eine gute Gastgeberin – immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und voller toller Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, und sie hat schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkler und ein wenig hellhörig, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Wie überall in Rom ist die Parksituation recht schwierig, daher sollte man dies einplanen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg. Vielen Dank, Giulia, für deine Gastfreundschaft – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

The flat was very cleaned and with all the essentials. The location is close to Rome but less busy than the center. Carlo was really responsive and he met all our needs during the stay.

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida proprietà, ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista. L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio: pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ideale, con facile accesso a negozi e località turistiche vicine . il giardino è bellissimo e dotato di aria barbecue e la vista è aperta sulla valle. daniela è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le mie domande. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e senza stress. Non vedo l’ora di tornare, magari in estate

Vi har haft en dejlig påskeferie i Villa White som levede op til alle forventninger. En meget smuk have og masser af plads i huset. Vi var 8 mennesker. Fantastisk udsigt over området fra altanen. Vejret var for koldt til fuldt at nyde poolen, men indretning med området omkring poolen var super hyggelig. Soveværelserne var fine, vi kunne have ønsket os mere sofaplads i stuen og lidt flere fade og service i køkkenet. Dario og Emanuella var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Landskabet i området er meget smukt. Der er mulighed for masser af udflugter i nærområdet med bil, og nemt også at komme til Rom. Vi kan varmt anbefale at holde ferie her.

Posto molto carino e ben curato, la casa in ottime condizioni con prodotti di prima necessità (shampoo, bagnoschiuma sale ecc.) che risultano molto utili. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Situato nel verde e con ampio giardino e 3 cani simpaticissimi. Ottima esperienza

Villa Montecasciano, in the Noccioli surroundings is a fantastic location. The Villa itself is large, with abundant space, a lot of natural light, with a rustic feel and a countryside environment that feels extremely private, secluded and safe. The building itself is old but well maintained. The bathrooms are a little dated and could do with a refurbish, but otherwise everything functions well and serves it's purpose. The Villa provides ample space for relaxation, and enjoying the natural surroundings, surrounded by gardens, olive and nut trees. The shared pool is a total gem - open daily from 08:00 to 20:00 in the summer season, kept immaculately clean, and provides a great environment for relaxation and fun for both adults and children. The atmosphere is serene, tranquil and friendly. We had a great time staying at the villa as 2 families with 3 kids and felt welcome, safe and in a great environment to have the perfect mix of relaxation and family time.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter les villages médiévaux, accéder au Lac Bolsena, aux thermes et le centre de Viterbo est à 5 min en voiture. Il est également pratique d’aller à Rome et jusqu’à Ostia Antica. Le logement est très agréable, spacieux, très propre, climatisé et la terrasse privée est bien exposée et de bonne taille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions de notre hôte qui tous les matins nous portait des pâtisseries maison délicieuses. De plus, à notre arrivée le frigo avait été rempli de boissons et nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement, expérience très agréable !

We spent a week around New Year's in Nicoletta's Villa and absolutely loved it here!! The place is great, has amazing views over the lake and is very tranquil. It's close enough to Rome for a day trip and far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet after a long day in the city. In summary: We left completely relaxed and happy and would love to return if we're ever in the area again.

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

Vi var två veckor hos Rosanna med våra döttrar och fyra barnbarn. Huset är perfekt för stora familjer med sina tre lägenheter. Alla lägenheterna var mycket mysiga och bra inredda. Barnen älskade poolen som var stor och ren. Många solstolar och bra parasoller. De tyckte också om pingisbordet mycket. Vi åt alla måltider utomhus, antingen vid den trevliga matplatsen eller i soffgruppen. Vi åkte till de två sjöarna och badade samt till havet. En dag turistade vi i Rom. Allting låg inom rimligt avstånd med bil. Vi fick suoerb service av våra värdar som hjälpte oss med alkt, bla att boka en akut läkartid. Vi fick färska ägg som gåvor vi flera tillfällen och även grönsaker från trädgården. De gav oss många tips om allt möjligt och svarade väldigt snabbt på meddelanden. Riktiga toppenvärdar som gjorde vår semester oförglömlig. Vi vill gärna komma tillbaka.

Een prachtige plek. We werden bij aankomst rond 16 uur hartelijk ontvangen door Nicola en haar man Andrea. Doordat het namiddag was kregen we van hen een wijntje en voor dat we het wisten was het middernacht. Een aankomst zoals wij niet eerder meemaakten. Het huis is ruim, mooi, compleet en in perfecte staat. Sta je in de keuken je best te doen een Italiaanse maaltijd te bereiden, dan hoef je niet bang te zijn mis te grijpen: alles is voorhanden en van uitstekende kwaliteit. Het zwembad heeft bijna olympische afmetingen en wordt schitterend omzoomd door glooiende grasvelden die goed zijn onderhouden. De tuin heeft een zodanige omvang dat je iedere dag wel op een ander plekje kunt ontbijten. Dat zorgt ervoor dat je steeds kunt genieten van een ander indrukwekkend uitzicht. We kregen allerhande tips van Nicola, variërend van bezienswaardigheden tot de beste winkels in de buurt. Ons verblijf was er een om nooit te vergeten. Deze plek is een absolute aanrader!
