It has a leather sleeper sofa and loveseat in the living room. The facility is a low density building with two elevators to get you to the beach faster!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located unit that is located in the highly desired Cotton Bayou condos in Orange Beach. This 3 bedroom 3 bath PLUS loft has plenty of space for the whole family. This unit has two assigned covered parking spaces as well as amenities that include tennis court, pool, private boat launch ramp (for extra fee), grilling area and tiki bar! A short 5 minute walk to the Cotton Bayou beach access!

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
