Toilettes (au 1er étage) et douche (au 2ème étage), sur le palier, à partager avec 4 autres locataires d'autres chambres. A 50 mètres de la station de tramway T2 "Les Milons" (Ligne La Défense - Porte de Versailles) Parquet neuf, peinture refaite. Lit, Matelas, Bureau, chaise, Commode, lavabo neufs. La chambre a été refaite mais pas les parties communes, vieillissantes Hôtel et quartier calme

Mon logement est proche de La gare Montparnasse, le jardin du Luxembourg, saint-Germain des prés, Tour Montparnasse, parc des expositions de la Porte de Versailles.. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires.
