Gone Fission OBX: Updated Family Beach Box

Beautifully remodeled historic beach box nestled on a quiet side street in Kill Devil Hills, NC. Old OBX charm with a lovely wrap around porch, featuring a huge chefs kitchen with a 6 burner gas range, double ovens and a large island. Space is decorated with pieces from local artists throughout. Large game room on the first floor features a restored 20' shuffleboard table, pool table, ping pong and dart board for lots of family fun. Walk to the beach, Avalon Pier or Awful Arthurs in 3 minutes.

Colorful Beachhouse Is Only Steps to the Dune

Our 3-story oceanside house is in Rodanthe, NC & only 100 steps to the dune, CLOSER than many oceanside homes!!! Our 5 bedrm/3.5 bath home has colorful, beachy decor & is pet- friendly. The top floor living area & deck have amazing beach views & a 6-person hot tub! Located 30 min. to Nags Head or Cape Hatteras Lighthouse & 15 min. to Oregon Inlet & Bodie Island Lighthouse. Also has nearby restaurants, boutiques, water sports, & the Rodanthe Fishing Pier. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental.

Location! Offering breath taking sunrise views and dolphin sightings. The perfect place for relaxing strolls along the beach, surfing with friends and good old fashioned surf fishing. Located within close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. You'll find plenty of deck space on the 1st and 2nd level of the home, lending itself to magnificent ocean views. We currently don't provide linens/towels. **Please request a linen service when you send your request to book, if needed.**

Welcoming beach house with a hot tub, outdoor fire pit, fully fenced in yard, and just 2 Blocks to the Beach! Centrally located near some of the best Restaurants, Shopping, and Beaches. Enjoy our completely remodeled home. Fresh paint, new carpet, renovated kitchen with new appliances and all new mattresses and bedding for 2020. The outdoor spaces are endless. Tons of decking, screened in porch and room to sun bathe. We are a pet friendly house so please feel free to bring your fur babes!

Welcome to the Chatham House 5 bedroom where we bring a little bit of New England to OBX! This is a centrally located, spacious, newly renovated, private beach house. There are 2 living rooms to allow lots of space in this 2,800 sqft home. It has a beautiful open floor plan, custom hardwood floors, amazing screened in porch, hot tub and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach :) Check out our amazing collection of books in our one of a kind, hallway library!

ALoHA BEaCHeS,3-night min in season. Pet$0, beach!

Just Past mile marker 17.5 and a few yards to the ocean, we offer a 3-night min stay summer 2025. A great spot for people/pets/kid's wanting easy beach access. Our 2019 home sleeps 7 and sits back from the road on a large lot. We provide a huge outdoor showering room, patio with lounge area and picnic table, gas bar-b-q, Wi-fi, DISH and Roku. Close to Jennette’s Pier and Aquarium, Bodie island light house, Manteo and Oregon Inlet, + Premier Shopping Outlets

Oceanfront 4 Bedroom Salvo Sandcastle * Hot Tub

Enjoy a perfect week at the beach in our oceanfront piece of paradise. We have unbeatable views of the Atlantic ocean from our expansive deck. We also have a covered deck for when you want to hear the ocean, but be in the shade. Relax in the sun, soak in the hot tub, and completely unwind. Save yourself the hassle of booking with a vacation rental company managing over 300 homes with a 1-800 number to call with issues by booking with me directly.

Flat Top Bungalow

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.

Ocean Front Beach House Kearney Castle

Enjoy a home right on the beach. You can see the ocean from most rooms. Sit on the deck and see your family play on the beach, simmer in the hot tub overlooking the ocean, walk to fish head pier, minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.
