It’s also a straight shot West to the beautiful Rocky Mountains with Red Rocks Amphitheater just 20 min away.

Walk to parks, restaurants, bookstores, cafes, gallery, music, pool, cidery & breweries. Bike/bus town or to Boulder. Drive 30 miles to Denver or Rocky Mt. National Park. Sleep on Tempur-Pedic mattress set. There's a half flight of stairs to basement apartment. AX3200 router, tri-band 7-stream wifi 6 on a 2.5 GHz port.

You'll be staying in our mother in law suite. A bright, sunny, fully furnished, basement apartment. There's a private entrance with self check in and free parking on sight. We are conveniently located near Old Town, CSU and the paved Poudre Bike Trails. Offering a clean comfortable bed, bathroom and kitchenette for light cooking. Because of our location we do not have access to Wi-Fi, but we do have a nice big screen tv with Direct TV and a VHS collection +player for entertainment.

This unit is owned in weekly Saturday-to-Saturday intervals, so all reservations must be made within that same interval. I can sometimes accommodate less than a full week, as long as you book at least 5 nights that fall within a Saturday-to-Saturday week. This studio unit has king bed, Murphy bed, gas fireplace, full bath, galley kitchen with microwave, 2 burner stove, dishwasher. Enjoy all resort amenities and a short walk to the slopes, restaurants, and shops.

Walkout Garden Apt - Whole Space (1000 sq ft)

Walk down a garden walkway to your own private patio and the entry to the Airbnb. The bedroom has a closed door and a queen size, luxurious memory foam mattress for a comfortable night's rest. A new comfortable couch in the living room has a pull-out queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and also a cute room cozy room for meditation or sleeping space on the futon. PLEASE: Only one pet allowed on the premises with the registered guest.

The Ponderosa Room W/ Private Hot Tub

The Ponderosa Room sleeps up to 3 guests. Private parking, hot tub, air conditioning & heating, private deck, WiFi, Cable, Kitchenette. Large windows with natural light from every angle and access to Fall River! Minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, and a short drive away from downtown Estes. The studio has a king bed as well as the option to add a twin cot for a third guest.
