The Cedar Leaf Cottage | A Curated Retreat

The Cedar Leaf Cottage is a curated space to reset, reflect, and unwind. A place to spend your days strolling the beach, fishing along the pier, sipping craft beer, or enjoying a meal at one of the many great local restaurants. Located just blocks off the water, our 1920s era cottage is nestled within the historic Lakeside neighborhood of Muskegon. Restaurants, bars, a distillery, shopping, and ice cream are a short walk from the cottage. Best of all, the beach is just a five minute drive away.

Updated amenities and warm oak (even squeaky hardwood floors) blend to give you breathing room from the hustle and bustle of city living. This centrally located home offers character, art, and room to spread out. From the inviting brick front porch to the bonus attic room everyone will find their comfort space. There is a large bedroom, full bath, dining room, living room, and large kitchen on the main floor. The second-floor features 3 bedrooms and a large bath. Head up to the relaxation zone offering a tv and comfortable furnishings. The partially fenced yard offers green space, outdoor patio furniture and oversized jenga set.

The Lake Lodge Estate is an amenity-rich, spacious 3600 sq ft property on a park-like acre steps away from Big Pine Island, a 223-acre all sports lake. 30 minutes northeast of Grand Rapids. Perfect year around for gatherings. Pontoon included in rental in summer June to August only. Fee outside of those months due to weather factors and it available on a daily basis of use. Firepit for relaxing & outdoor kitchen for ultimate BBQ experience. YEAR AROUND HOT TUB. Pet friendly with fee.

Bass Lake Mama's House

Feel right at home with a stay at a renovated cottage that brings together the traditional family cabin feel with a clean modern base. Situated on the north shore of 100 acre all sports Bass Lake. The cottage can be enjoyed throughout all of the seasons of Michigan. As fall approaches, note the state hunting land is just a 100 yard walk. The interior is a blend of rustic cozy meets modern touches. This is a home and not a hotel so you will find quirks that belong to any individual home.

The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.
