We lovingly call this house Castle Cicali, named after the previous owners who had quite the eclectic taste! For entertainment we have a HOT TUB, pool table, ping pong, indoor basketball, fire pit, & piano. This is the perfect home for family gatherings with LARGE dining space! Right across the street from us is the beautiful Vanderveer Park. Come enjoy this spacious Tudor style home that is filled with quirky character! 3 king beds, 4 full size beds,& futon. *No bathroom on main level of house*

The Deerbrook House

This centrally located home in Bettendorf, Iowa is minutes away from the Mississippi river via bike trail and an eight minute drive to the Bettendorf sports complex . If you’re coming into town with 14 to 16 family members or friends, this will make it an easy stay. We have a game room in the basement with a basketball court, hot tub, two fire pits, a putting Green, 20’x 8’ covered outdoor bar and grill and seating for 30 outside. There’s also a three person infrared sauna. Please, no pets.

Mississippi River House

Now is a great time to stay in this completely furnished two-bedroom house directly overlooking the Mississippi River. The hot tub is amazing during the day and under the stars this time of year. Eagle watching in the winter is always entertaining while relaxing in the hot tub. This 1+ acre property is tucked away on a private dead end street, yet close to many great restaurants and shopping. The back yard Is equipped with a gas and a wood burning fire pit over looking the River and the bocce court.
