Elegant Waterfront Apartment on Eden Island

Tie up at the private marina berth of this luxury property before heading out on the buggy to explore. Stop off at the private beaches and pools en route. If you want to stay fit then you’ll enjoy the residents’ gym, tennis court and running and cycling paths on Eden Island. Back inside, freshen up in the twin-vanity bathroom before a drink on the balcony overlooking the main Eden Island marina complete with super yachts. Sleep in comfort in our beautifully appointed 2 bedrooms (one king bed the other with twin beds). Our apartment has stunning views over the water to the mountains of Mahe. 14 Hibiscus has one of the best apartment views on Eden Island. Waterfronting, it overlooks the main marina and over water back towards the mountains of Mahe. As it is on the first floor it is safer for families with young children than ground floor properties as all properties are beside water. This also gives better views. The entire apartment is yours. I'm happy to organize a taxi for the airport if required. I have also organized discounts on boat hire (manned or unmanned) if you would like me to. If you need any assistance in terms of holiday plans or places to visit please don't hesitate to ask. Sunbathe on the four private beaches and stroll amongst the island's lush vegetation, looking over the ocean to the mountains of Mahe. Play tennis, work out at the gym or visit cafes, ice cream parlours, restaurants and bars, and browse high-end boutiques, all without leaving the island. If you want to travel further afield you’ve got the very best base to explore. Boat trips depart directly from Eden Island for Sainte Anne Marine National Park or the stunning islands of Praslin and La Digue. The apartment is very close to the main hub of Eden Island with its restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping. Eden Island is close to both the airport and the capital of the Seychelles, Victoria.

Seychelles Breathtaking Experience Great location.

A Luxury ground floor apartment centrally situated on Eden Island close to all amenities .We are listed on the authorized places to stay. Fully equipped with two bedrooms, both with ensuite shower and separate toilet. Air conditioned throughout and a private garden. Private golf cart included Access to 4 beaches, Gym, tennis court, and swimming pools. (Close to the apartment) A nearby shopping plaza includes- Medical clinic, Chemist, Bars, Restaurants, Marine sporting activities are available

Eden Island... Paradise...

New, fully equipped and air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment with fully equipped modern kitchen in fabulous resort called Eden Island. Where it offers incredible views of the marina and the sea. Unlimited internet, golf cart, private beach, fitcentrum, tennis court, sport activities, commercial facilities, shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, clinic, help and assistance from our local buddy. Perfect place for even the smallest kids. Just everything you need for an unforgettable holiday :-)

3 bed ensuite condo with private beach and veranda

Spacious 210m² duplex, en-suite penthouse apartment with loft double height ceilings and a wide wrap-around veranda on the stunning 5* Eden Island award winning marina development, Seychelles. From the veranda there are gorgeous views of the mountains of Mahé and across the bay are 3 beautiful islands. Further away are La Digue and Praslin Islands (½ hour by ferry) in an archipelago of 116 islands. Island hopping by cruise, yacht, motor boat, ferry or helicopter is a favourite activity.

2 Bed Apartment with Balcony overlooking Marina

Welcome to our stunning 2 bed apartment at Eden Island in the beautiful Seychelles. Overlooking the marina and with stunning views of Mahe the apartment comes with all mod cons including a personal golf cart, full air con, cable TV, unlimited WiFi (please note broadband speed in the Seychelles can be inconsistent), washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Eden Island is located conveniently only 15 minutes from the airport and is close to Victoria the Seychelles capital.

luxury apartment on marina of Eden Island. Magnificent views towards Cerf Island. Beautifully furnished self catering apartment on 2nd floor. Kayaks for use by guests. Free wifi and golf-cart included. Four private beaches a short walk or golf-cart ride away and a swimming pool right next to the apartment. Supermarket, shops and restaurants close by on the Marina. 2 kayaks for use by guests, including life-jackets.

Paradise Heights Stunning View 2 Bed Apt with Pool

Overlooking one of the best beaches on Mahe, Seychelles. This brand new recently renovated 2 bed apartment ensuite offers stunning views, a covered outdoor terrace for dining with panoramic views of Beau Vallon Bay and Beach as well as Silhouette island. The perfect place to relax and watch the sunrise and sunset. There are sun loungers and shady areas by the beautiful salt water shared infinity pool.

Stunning 1st floor apartment set in a mature and tranquil setting on Eden Island. The apartment features an ensuite king bedroom, open plan Miele kitchen and a spacious living area leading out to a covered terrace with the Mahe mountains in the background. Satellite TV, WIFI, Weber BBQ and golf cart are all included. A great choice for a comfortable and peaceful holiday.
