Our listed heritage cottage makes for a luxurious self-catering Karoo escape and is conveniently situated in the heart of the “horseshoe” area of Graaff-Reinet. It is fully air conditioned for those sweltering Karoo days and features a back patio which is a perfect place for a quiet and cosy barbeque. Although an ideal "lock and go" for a group of 4, if you're needing space for more family and friends, you have the option to book our neighbouring property, 54 Middle Street, which also sleeps 4.

Wild Olive Cottage

Wild Olive is in a conservancy on a cattle farm 12 km from Graaff Reinet, through the National Park. Recently restored, it's an ideal base for walking, photography, mountain biking etc. Fully self-catering, 1 double bed, bathroom, aircon, fireplace, plunge pool, bbq. AIRCONS ARE PROVIDED FOR COOLING THE HOUSES IN THE HOT SUMMER MONTHS FROM OCTOBER -APRIL, NOT FOR HEATING AS THE FARM IS ON SOLAR. Electric blankets, blankets, duvets, hot water bottles are provided and each house has a fireplace.

This, one of the most charming and historically significant of the cottages in Graaff-Reinet’s picturesque Parsonage Street, offers three bedrooms all with double beds, all en-suite – one with a shower, and two with small bath/combined shower arrangements. A beautiful Karoo cottage with all the comforts you need for an overnight stay. On a quiet cul de sac in the Centre of town. Three Bedrooms (2 with King Size XL Beds), Aircon, two modern bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath & shower). There is a fully kitted kitchen with Nespresso Machine, a separate living, dining & outside area with a Webber Braai. An outside shower with a view to the stars & Spandaukop gives you the perfect Karoo feeling.

Charming Heritage Cottage

This historic townhouse is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The private courtyard is ideal for a braai (barbecue), or a quiet coffee. The house is child-friendly, and pets are welcome too. A gun-safe is provided, ideal for hunters. The stove is gas, so cooking during load-shedding is never a problem! As with many Graaff-Reinet houses, there is ONLY ON-STREET PARKING. There is also no TV.
