Die Location ist wirklich super. Die Bilder sind aktuell. Das Zimmer ist etwas größer als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Tolle Aussicht aus dem Fenster. Bad mit Fenster. Direkter Zugang zu einer kleinen Gemeinschaftsterrasse. Nespressomaschine und Wasserkocher für Tee auf dem Zimmer. Die Lage ist quasi am „Hauptplatz“ des Ortes. Bahnhof in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Meer in 3-4 Minuten erreichbar. Top-Ausgangslage für die Cinque Terre. Klare Empfehlung!!!

We loved the place! The room was so much nicer than the pictures made it seem. Very comfortable bed and very clean. The room is in a different area to the Airbnb location - if you look up 'Room Rio Groppo' on Google in Manarola that's where the room is. This was fine for us as we were there for hiking anyway, but just a heads up. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

nice place in the center of everything. close to restaurant's, shopping and cute cafes and some night life. You have one private room in a shared apartment so the kitchen is not private and there are people in the other bedrooms. but you have ample locks and security, was a great stay overall

Had an amazing experience. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is also ideal, close to key attractions, making it easy to explore while enjoying a calm atmosphere. The host was responsive and made sure everything was perfect. Großzügig angelegte moderne Appartements; sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter (Zb Reservierungen, Unterstützung bei Reifenpanne Gastgeber, tolle Tipps, sehr schöne Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Quartier, großes Pool, Grill, Terrassen,... Kommen sehr gerne wieder

Oustanding helpful staff who were just lovely (thank you). The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Nice with many attractions, cafes etc very closed by. Helpful to have a reception team on site. Very clean apartment with great heating. Overall, a very positive experience.

Очень уютные маленькие апартаменты,в центре города,со всем необходимым внутри.Есть свой балкон,мини-кухня,утюг,фен Абсолютно всё)) Но очень тяжело поднимать свой тяжёлый багаж наверх)) Будьте к этому готовы) Чудесное общение и хозяева,были на связи. Спасибо вам) Будем рады вернуться к вам снова,если приедем в Ниццу Будем рекомендовать вас нашим друзьям)

Résidence très bien placée pour un week-end à Nice. Chambre très propre et parfaite pour 3 personnes.

A pleasant and friendly lady with her dog. A quiet place and well decored apartment for a nice journey in Florence. It was worth the money, we did not face any trouble in our vacation time. I would recommend the apartment for a lonely traveler, a couple or any person looking for peace of mind and to be close to the historical center of Florence.
